X Factor hopeful Simon Lynch has stormed through to the next stage of the singing competition following the nail biting “Six Chair Challenge”.
Last night viewers saw the 23-year-old, who’s from the Isle of Man, take to the stage with a cover of Jess Glynne’s song ‘Hold My Hand’.
He won praise from all four judges with Cheryl telling him he sang it “beautifully” and Simon adding he would “literally eat himself” if he didn’t get a seat.
Simon will now go through to the Judges’ Houses stage which will see him perform in front of mentor Nick Grimshaw in an effort to make it to the live shows.
