Ramsey commissioners have held a ceremony to commemorate the anniversary of one of the Island's worst maritime disasters.
Yesterday was the 115th anniversary of the sinking of the of the Steam Packet's Ellan Vannin at the mouth of the Mersey.
A total of 36 passengers and crew lost their lives when the ferry foundered in a storm.
Ramsey Commissioners laid a wreath at the Ellan Vannin Memorial stone on West Quay yesterday.
