The 2020 World Tin Bath Championships will be taking place later this year.
Following the relaxing of social distancing restrictions earlier this month the occasion's organisers, Castletown Ale Drinkers Society, have announced the occasion will go ahead later this summer.
The event is expected to get underway at Castletown Harbour on Saturday, August 22 from 2.30pm with information on entries to follow in due course.
The 48th annual occasion last year raised around £7,000 for charitable causes with Abigail Morgan and David Watt winning the women's and men's races respectively.
