Plans are in place to encourage more people on the Isle of Man to consider a career in social work.
That's according to the Department of Health and Social Care which is aiming to boost the numbers of qualified social workers:
Kate Beecroft says work is also underway to develop a training course in conjunction with the Department of Education and Children - the bursary scheme could also be extended.
