It has been confirmed that work will commence on the new dedicated Mannin Cancers Macmillan Support Centre in the coming weeks.
After a protracted period of discussions and waiting for approval the lease has finally been signed on the land adjacent to Noble's, meaning work can now start.
It's expected that the Centre should open its doors in the spring of next year.
The project will cost an estimated £2 million with funds raised over the years by the charity.
