Work is underway on a major new housing development in the south of the Island.
Plans for the first phase of building new homes in Ballasalla were approved earlier this summer, and it’s hoped the first homes will be completed by Spring next year.
Dandara Group plan to build more than 250 houses -, including both single and two-storey properties and two, three and four-bedroomed homes.
Before submitting proposals, the company held two public consultations to provide members of the public an opportunity to view designs and express their views.
190 jobs are also being created as part of the project.
