Two Douglas women have appeared in court accused of a vicious attack involving punching, kicking, and biting.
24-year-old Courtney Siobhan Mairad Regan of Snaefell Road and 29-year-old Samantha Dunn of Watterson Close, deny causing actual bodily harm.
They're said to have attacked their alleged victim on April 7 at Ms Dunn's home.
Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood said the case would have to be heard in the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Ms Dunn was bailed and Ms Regan was remanded to the Isle of Man prison - both will appear again on August 13.
