A woman who resigned from Price Waterhouse Coopers two years ago has lost an employment tribunal claim over allegations of racism.
Kate Akighir was a client executive administrator at the company for five years but said she'd left because of alleged race, sex and age discrimination.
Earlier this year, a hearing found against her claim she'd been unfairly dismissed - but didn't rule on issues of discrimination.
Chairman of the Island's employment tribunal Douglas Stewart struck out her claim saying it hadn't been filed within the legal deadline, adding the allegations had no reasonable prospect of success and were made in an unreasonable manner.
