Police are appealing for information about a woman driver who dumped tyres in Port St Mary.
The incident happened just after 7.30pm on Sunday, July 13 near the Bay Queen development on the Upper Promenade.
Officers say the woman in a blue and white summer dress was driving a Blue VW Golf.
