Prosecutors have dropped a charge against a second woman over an incident in Douglas.
38 year old Catherine Louise Lee of Willaston Crescent had been charged with provoking behaviour alongside two other women.
Prosecutors reviewed the case relating to an alleged incident in Ballanard Road in Douglas on May 18 and decided that there was insufficient evidence.
They withdrew the allegation.
