A woman's showered praise on a Douglas shopworker who had a cup of tea and a chat with her, after she burst into tears.
She posted to a Facebook group earlier, saying she was in Spar's Farmhill store when she was overcome with emotion about a breakup.
But she says the shop worker gave her a hug, a cup of tea and a chat - and revealed she was going through a similar situation.
The woman says she can't thank her enough, adding it's the first time she'd had someone to talk to for months.
