A woman from Douglas who hid heroin in her bra and knickers will appear in court again next month.
Kelly Elaine Thompson of Demesne Road appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
She previously admitted possessing heroin and cannabis as well as obstructing a drugs search and possessing criminal property - but denies possessing heroin with intent to supply it.
The court heard police had arrested the 42 year old on Victoria Road in Douglas and she’d tried to swallow a bundle of heroin worth up to £800 after taking it from her underwear, but was stopped by officers.
Magistrates granted her bail in the sum of £750 and she’s next due to appear in court on October 24.
