A 20-year-old woman from the Isle of Man has been flown to the UK for hospital treatment after a crash in Port St Mary on Sunday.
It happened on Shore Road at 5.05pm and involved her black Vauxhall Corsa and a blue Suzuki Swift.
Police say she remains in a 'serious condition' - the driver and two passengers from the second vehicle were taken to Noble's Hospital for treatment.
Officers say they want to speak to anyone who saw either of the cars - which were travelling in opposite directions - before or at the time of the collision.
