A woman's applied for permission to live in public toilets in Port St Mary.
Julie Allen of Onchan has applied for planning permission to convert the block on Gellings Avenue into a home.
In her application, she says she's agreed to buy the loos from the village's commissioners and wants to convert them into a one-bedroomed house.
The plans show the former gents would become a lounge and kitchen area, while the ladies facilities would be turned into a bedroom.
