A court's heard a St John's woman hit a man with her shoe in a busy Douglas bar.
Shynia Forrester-Mcelevey of Tynwald Close appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas Courthouse.
She hasn't yet entered pleas to charges of causing actual bodily harm and disorderly behaviour on licensed premises on November 1.
Prosecutor Barry Swain told the court the 21 year old was drinking in Jaks on Loch Promenade in Douglas at around 12.20am when she got into an argument with another woman and was asked to leave.
However, she's said to have taken off her shoe and hit the man in the face with it three times, leaving him with cuts and bruises.
She was bailed in the sum of £500 on condition she doesn't enter Jaks or contact her alleged victim, and she's next due to appear in court on November 26.
