A woman accused of a nine-year benefit fraud, said to have netted her £141,000, has been committed to stand trial in the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Haley Marie Higginbotham of Urley Path in Anagh Coar appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 35 year old denies four counts of making false representations to obtain benefits and one of failing to tell officials about a change in her circumstances between May 2013 and October last year.
She was bailed in the sum of £500 and committed to the higher court where she’ll appear on a date to be fixed.
