Police are appealing for witnesses after a ‘violent incident’ in Douglas which happened last week.
It involved a group of males and happened at around 2pm on Thursday near to the old hospital on Westmoreland Road.
Four men were arrested following the incident.
Police say several motorists had to stop due to what was happening and would like to speak to anyone who has more information.
