Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident in the south of the Island at the weekend.
The Southern Neighbourhood Policing Team says someone threw a traffic cone over a wall, damaging decking below.
It happened between Friday, June 27 and Saturday, June 28 on High Street in Port St Mary.
