Police say they'd like to trace the driver who may have witnessed an incident almost a month ago.
Officers say it happened at around 2pm on Wednesday, May 24 on Upper Church Street in Douglas.
A Silver Renault had to beep a blue car and steer out of its way as it came out of Myrtle Street.
Officers say they'd like to talk to the woman driver - who wasn't involved - to assist their investigation into a road traffic accident.
