Police are asking for witnesses to come forward after a man was abused by four cyclists.
Officers say the incident happened at 10am on Tuesday on Marine Drive in Douglas, near the arches.
The Central Neighbourhood Policing Team says it's particularly interested in speaking to a woman who may have seen what happened.
