Witness appeal following 'disgusting act' of crime at local Church

Theft forces local church to be locked for the foreseeable future.

Police are appealing for witnesses as to what they describe as a 'disgusting act' of crime in the community.

Theives targeted Trinity Church in Patrick stealing a number of printed canvasses.

The burglary happened between 10am on Wednesday and 9:30am on Thursday.

Police say it's highly disrespectful and as a result of the actions of a few thoughtless individuals this place of worship will now have to be locked for the foreseeable future.
