With a day of solid wind and rain yesterday the wintry weather has very much arrived on the Island.
Although there has been snow across the UK, the Isle of Man has so far managed to escape any arctic blasts.
The winter of two years ago saw unprecedented levels of snowfall, whereas last year it was minimal.
