Windfarm proposals delayed

Proposals for an onshore windfarm have been delayed because more work needs to be done before a planning application can be submitted.

So says Manx Utilities chair John Wannenburgh, who faced questions about the Cair Vie project in Tynwald this week.

Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Tim Glover wanted to know why plans weren't submitted in June under the project's timetable.
