Manx Wildlife Trust has issued a statement on the environmental impact of the Mooir Vannin offshore wind farm plans.
The charity says it's been examining the proposal and its possible effects on wildlife.
It says it supports the need for renewable energy, but is concerned potential consequences for wildlife have been understated.
