Curraghs Wildlife Park has announced the sad death of their red-fronted lemur ‘Yoga.’
The Park says he came to them from the UK in 1996, and at 26 years old had recently been suffering from a large tumor, resulting in the decision to put him down to prevent further suffering.
Yoga was the Park’s only red-fronted lemur and was described as a favourite of staff, volunteers, and many visitors.
They added that they’ll miss his presence in the lemur enclosure.
