Legislation needs to be put in place to give courts on the Isle of Man a wider range of sentencing options.
That's according to the Department of Home Affairs which wants to improve and modernise our criminal justice setup:
The public are being asked to share their opinions on proposals for early intervention, youth justice, offender management and how long a prisoner should serve before being considered for parole.
