The public are being called upon to offer up their opinions on what are our finest local dishes.
The new initiative aims to celebrate the Island's diverse and innovative ecosystem of Manx chefs, mixologists, producers, suppliers and waiting on staff, who are all positively impacting the Island's hospitality sector.
The month long celebration will invite local restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars to create these iconic dishes, with a panel of expert judges on hand to offer their insights and inform the voting process.
The public will be asked to vote for the most innovative product or ingredient that has made the biggest impact on Island over the last year.
We spoke to Matthew Gardener from the Department for Enterprise, he said the main aim of the scheme is to get people out into hospitality businesses in what is usually the quietest time of the year:
