A dead minke whale found washed up on an Island beach is believed to have suffered internal damage to its intestines.
That's according to the Manx Wildlife Trust following an autopsy on the animal.
However the organisation says the actual cause of the trauma couldn't be identified.
MWT has since thanked Castletown Coastguard for helping to recover the creature which was found on a beach last Friday night (July 26).
