The Western Vikings Rugby Club has been the target of 'considerable damage.'
In a post on social media, those behind the club have shared its training ground was 'abused over the Easter weekend.'
Damage was caused to one of its containers, the Communal area under the shelter, and offensive graffiti marks were left.
Organisers say 'as a community club, this is deeply saddening and putting things right takes money, time, and resources we don’t necessarily have.'
Anyone who has any information on this incident is asked to contact the club on its social media pages, or go directly to Peel Police Station.
