West End star looking forward to Villa gig

West End star Lee Mead says he's looking forward to bringing his show to the Island.

The winner of the 'Any Dream Will Do' programme, which landed him the role of Joseph, will be performing here on Friday, August 23rd.

The concert at the Villa Marina is being held in aid of Junior Achievement to help raise funds for the charity.

Backed by a live band Lee will perform songs from his albums as well as the West End shows he's appeared in including Wicked and Legally Blonde.

He says it will be a mixed bag:

Tickets for the show cost £35 and can be bought via the Villa Gaiety Box Office.
