Organisers of the Simon Andrews Legacy Lap say they'll be back next year - bigger and better than ever.
The annual event was due to be held on Mad Sunday but had to be cancelled this year because of delays to racing.
Last year, an estimated 9,000 bikers took part: around 7,000 turned up at the Grandstand on Sunday only to be turned away.
Claire Jupp, Simon's sister, says it will be held again in TT 2018.
