Douglas Coastguard was called out this weekend to help evacuate a casualty in the Island's capital.
On Saturday just before 7pm volunteers assisted paramedics on Douglas Head.
The casualty was carried to an ambulance at the Pigeon Steam Car park on Marine Drive.
The person in question was then taken to Noble's Hospital for treatment.
