A yellow weather warning remains in place until the early hours of tomorrow morning.
Ronaldsway Met Office says the warning for coastal overtopping could see waves washing over exposed areas of the Island during high tides.
At risk are Shore Road in Rushen, central and northern parts of Douglas promenade, and proms in Castletown, Laxey and Ramsey.
The warning runs until 2am on Sunday.
