A yellow weather warning has been issued for icy patches and wintry showers.
The Met Office says it’s in place from 3pm today until 12pm on Tuesday.
Temperatures will fall quickly later this afternoon with icy patches forming over the hills, and anywhere sheltered from the northerly wind - this will include a large area from Laxey to Port St Mary.
Most places will stay dry overnight but there is a small risk of hail or sleet showers, particularly in the south, which could give slight accumulations.
Snow or hail showers will become more frequent and widespread later tomorrow (Monday) afternoon before generally dying out overnight into Tuesday.
