A yellow weather warning for costal overtopping has been issued by Ronaldsway Met office.
Shore Road, Rushen, Castletown and the Northern ends of Douglas and Laxey Promenades are those most likely to be affected.
The warning is in place from 12.30pm until 4.30pm - which coincides with high tide.
Forecasters say strong southwest winds may bring some sea water and debris onto exposed promenades.
