Rushen\'s accountant MHK believes he has a lot to offer Government over next five years.
As the dust continues to settle on Peter Karran's appointment as Education Minister, a closer examination of Allan Bell's other ministerial members has also begun.
On Friday morning the Chief Minister once again underlined that the economy and public spending would be at the top of his government's agenda.
And to coincide with this, 31-year-old Juan Watterson was named as Minister for Home Affairs.
In becoming so, Mr Watterson is also the youngest minister in Tynwald's history.
Speaking to 3FM the Rushen MHK said he felt his professional background as a chartered accountant would be prove to be a useful asset to the government over the next five years (see audio).
