Work to restore a historic landmark at an Island glen is nearing completion.
Onchan District Commissioners says the restoration of Groudle Glen Waterhweel is hoped to be finished soon.
The wheel itself was lifted back into the glen last week after undergoing long-term repairs in the UK since last year.
The commissioners add the footpath around it - which is currently closed off - is also expected to re-open to the public in the next few days.
