Decisions on whether taxpayers' money should be spent on land for a new shipping berth in Liverpool are too serious to be "rushed through in the final days of this government".
That's the message from TravelWatch - next week the Department of Infrastructure will ask Tynwald to approve £3.5 million for the site on Princes Half-Tide Dock.
