A local charity is asking the public to keep an eye out for Minke whales as Autumn approaches.
The Manx Whale and Dolphin Watch says there has been an influx of the species spotted off Yorkshire, after their late return to Manx waters.
Minkes usually travel to the east of the Island in mid-September, so to keep a look out anywhere from Derbyhaven to Dhoon.
The charity adds that Marine Drive is a good vantage spot for sightings.
