Members of the public have the chance to see a full-size model of a super-sonic car today.
The Bloodhound landspeed car is on exhibition from 9am until 6pm at the Motor Museum in Jurby.
Yesterday, children from local schools met the team behind the project aiming to set a new land speed world record of over 1000mph, including pilot Andy Green.
The previous record of 763mph was set by Andy himself 20 years ago.
