The Public Health Directorate has issued its second warning in two weeks about potentially lethal drugs on the Island.
It says a synthetic cannabinoid sold as crystal MDMA is likely to be on the Isle of Man after reports of it circulating in the northwest UK.
Tests show the crystals contain Spice, which can produce extreme aggression, manic behaviour, rigid muscles, foaming of the mouth, racing pulse and shallow breathing.
Users are being advised to be extremely cautious and seek advice from the Drug and Alcohol Team on 617889.
