A call has gone out to pet owners living on the TT course to ensure their animals are well secured during race days.
The MSPCA is asking that dogs and cats are either kept indoors or on leads during the busy race period.
The bikes have been known to ‘spook’ the animals which in cases has led to them running onto the road and causing accidents.
