A yellow weather warning for ice and frost is now in force until tomorrow afternoon.
The notice from Ronaldsway Met Office came in at 2pm yesterday afternoon and runs until Noon tomorrow.
It says the whole Island is likely to be affected.
Police added whilst the Mountain Road is open this morning and looks in good condition, patches of ice and snow are present on the highway.
