Police have arrested a man who was wanted for questioning following a serious assault.
33-year-old Stefan Proverbs was located and detained this morning at an address in Douglas.
A local man was also arrested in connection with impeding his arrest.
Last week police put out a public appeal for help in finding Mr Proverbs who hadn’t been seen since an incident in a flat on Princes Avenue on Bank Holiday Monday.
The public have been thanked for their help in locating him.
