A man wanted in Liverpool 'has links with the Isle of Man'.
A man wanted for breaching bail conditions in Liverpool has links with the Isle of Man.
That's from Merseyside Police after an appeal was issued about the whereabouts of Christopher Tabern.
The 25-year-old, who was in prison for drug offences, is described as being 6ft tall, of slim build with brown hair and green eyes.
