If you've ever thought of standing for Tynwald, there's a chance to run for election next month.
On Tuesday the House of Keys will debate changes to the rules governing Legislative Council elections - simplifying them to make it easier to get a result.
Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson says if the new standing orders are approved on Monday they'll get an almost immediate test.
MLC Tony Wild announced his resignation in February and Mr Watterson says there'll be a poll to fill his seat in April:
