69 Year Old Visiting Biker Killed Following 3 Way Accident
At around 11.47am yesterday a three vehicle fatal road traffic occurred on the Foxdale to Ballakillowey road.
It involved a Landrover Discovery driven by a local lady, and two visiting motorcyclists.
One of the males on the bikes died as a result of the injuries he sustained.
He lived in Cambridgeshire, and was 69 years old.
The Police are now appealing to any witnesses to the collision, in particular the driver of a van or car which was in the area a short time before the collision.
The enquiries are continuing.
