If you have Diabetes, you're being encouraged to fill out a survey by a local charity.
Diabetes Isle of Man has launched the online survey and now wants to hear the public's feedback on Island diabetes services.
The results will feed into the Health and Care Transformation Programme, following Sir Jonathan Michael’s review of the Isle of Man’s Health and Social Care Services last year.
Development Manager for the charity Natasha Parry said ‘ If you are someone living with any form of diabetes, type 1, type 2, gestational or otherwise, please take the time to fill out this survey. Parents and carers of individuals living with diabetes are also invited to feedback.’
The link to the survey can be found on the Diabetes Isle of Man website (www.diabetesisleofman.com), the charity’s social media pages, (@DiabetesIOM) or directly at mdg.im/survey.
The survey closes on Tuesday, September 1.
