Your views are being sought to help shape future minimum wage rates on the Isle of Man.
The Minimum Wage Committee, constituted of employer and worker representatives want to hear from both business and individuals alike as part of the major review.
At the February sitting of Tynwald this year the rate for 16-18 year old's went to £8.05, with 18's and over £10.75.
In the rest of the UK the National Living Wage was recently set at £11.44.
