The Environment and Infrastructure Policy Review Committee took evidence on this topic on 19th July 2019 from both representatives of the Department of Infrastructure and a number of businesses based on the Promenade.
The Committee is now inviting written submissions, with particular interest on the impact on businesses, and the efficacy of communication.
Submissions should be sent by Friday, August 30.
